As a Community Interest Business (CiC), Connecting is not for profit organisation.
Our board of Trustees has overall accountability. Using information from our steering group, Service Director and Clinical Lead, our trustees, led by the chair, make ALL decisions about the operation, direction and financial spending of the company. We operate this structure as we wish to stay true to the approach of ‘not for profit’ and not in one person’s interest but in the best interest of our educational community.
We MUST ensure that our services are accessible to ALL, that they do not discriminate or favour.
