
Clare Clay
Service DirectorClare Clay is an experienced primary school teacher, with over 20 years experience in Senior and Executive leadership. She has also been working with young people with Special Educational Needs for nearly 25 years.
Clare has become a specialist in Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, opening one of the first Designated Provisions in Leicestershire.
She holds a variety of postgraduate certificates and is a licensed ‘Thrive’ practitioner. For 3 years, she led and co-ordinated Mental Health solutions in the primary school that she was Head Teacher of.

Carolyn Hall
Clinical Team LeadCarolyn Hall a recently retired teacher, having worked with both Primary and Secondary. For the past 30 years, she has worked with young people with Special Educational Needs.
Carolyn recognised the need to support young people and their families, so she trained as a counsellor. She has been a part-time BACP registered counsellor for over 10 years.
She worked for Place to Be and Coping with Cancer before going freelance. She specialises in bereavement, significant illness, eating disorders, anxiety and depression.

Jane Ford
Mentoring Team LeaderJane is a former 1:1 Teaching Assistant and more recently a Senior Learning Mentor and Family Outreach Worker. She has more than 14 years experience of working in Education, within mainstream and specialist provisions for Autism or SEMH needs. Jane is a Licensed Thrive Practioner with a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting young people with Social and Emotional needs, Special Needs and Mental Health and Well Being.

Rachel Harris
Animal Intervention Team LeaderRachel is a IMDT Member, dog trainer and trained therapist.
